UPARMOR Book 2: Fruit of The Spirit

Up Armor is a life changing resilience and reintegration program created by Project Healing Heroes. It is designed specifically to empower, encourage and heal military members and first responders. Due to the nature of their work and mission, our nation's heroes often experience first-hand the devestating effects of war and/or service, wheather that be on the front lines of Main Street or in the alleys of Mogadishu. Up Armor integrates family, faith, fellowship, along with the community support and state-of-the art training materials, to address the challenges our men and women face. Though this participants guide is formatted to accompany the weekly sessions of the UP ARMOR program, it also serves as a stand-alone resource for all veterans, first responders and family members, regardless of service era, stage of life, relationship status, etc.
